P. v. Diaz-Nivarez
A jury convicted defendant Ricardo Dagoberto Diaz-Nivarez of first degree murder. (Pen. Code, § 187, subd. (a).)[1] The court sentenced defendant to 25 years to life. On appeal, defendant argues insufficient evidence supports the conviction. We affirm the judgment.
