P. v. Lloyd
Trial court committed appellant to the California Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator (SVP) pursuant to the Sexually Violent Predators Act. On appeal, appellant claims that there is insufficient evidence to support the jury's finding that he is an SVP and that the trial court erred in instructing the jury pursuant to a modified version of CALJIC No. 2.23 regarding the jury's consideration of appellant's prior felony convictions. Court affirms the judgment.
