P. v. Nordlof
Defendant appeals from a judgment entered after successive trials in which appellant was convicted of attempted burglary, vehicle theft, possession of a firearm by a felon, and an order revoking his probation. Appellant contends that the prosecution committed misconduct by suppressing favorable material evidence; that the trial court made numerous instructional errors; that he was denied effective assistance of counsel; and that his convictions are not supported by substantial evidence. Court finds no merit in any of Defendant's contentions. Judgment Affirmed.
