P. v. Garland CA2/8
A jury convicted defendant George Edward Garland of second degree murder and found true weapons allegations. Defendant also contends that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his Romero motion to dismiss his prior strike for attempted murder. We affirm on all grounds.
