P. v. Aguilar
Appellant pled guilty to attempting to pass a fictitious bill with intent to defraud. The court sentenced appellant to prison for the lower term of 16 months. Appellant's appointed counsel has filed an opening brief which raises no issues, and asks that this court independently review the record. Appellant has not responded to this court's invitation to submit additional briefing.
Court concluded that no reasonably arguable legal or factual issues exist.
The judgment is affirmed.
