P. v. Keyes
Appellant suffered several felony convictions, including forgery and second degree burglary. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support those convictions. Appellant also contends the prosecutor committed prejudicial misconduct in closing argument. Appellant's further challenges the sufficiency of the factual admissions to support the enhancements, the order to pay restitution, and the aggregate sentence.
Court corrects the sentence, allegations and orders the abstract of judgment be corrected to delete the reference to restitution. Court otherwise affirmed the judgment.
