Richard Scott Brooks appeals his conviction, by jury, of 19 offenses arising out of his sexual assaults on, and sexual exploitation of the then 17-year-old victim, Jane Doe. The jury found appellant guilty of: four counts of oral copulation with a person who is under 18 years of age (Pen. Code, § 288a, subs.
