P. v. Schabeck CA3
On March 24, 2016, a jury found defendant Cindy Lee Schabeck guilty of two misdemeanor gun charges (based on her carrying a concealed and loaded firearm in her car) and acquitted her of multiple felony charges related to drug possession. On April 8, 2016, the trial court (Savage, J.) placed defendant on three years of probation. On appeal, defendant contends the trial court erred in denying her Pitchess motion. (Pitchess v. Superior Court (1974) 11 Cal.3d 531.)

Why is Nothing mentioned about Matthew nichols who was arrested with mrs schabeck. I read the police report. The police reports contradict each other there so many discrepancies and I am disgusted that the law that is there to protect the people, is used to their advantage it's disturbing what I read.
I tried to pull his case file To see what happened with his case and mysteriously his case file was destroyed. This is a perfect case where all practised their own law under the color of law.
