P. v. Ellis CA3
A jury convicted defendant Tremaine Anthony Ellis of discharging a firearm with gross negligence and making criminal threats. The trial court placed him on probation for five years with various terms and conditions, including that defendant obtain permission from his probation officer before being absent from his residence for 48 hours.
