Appellant Christian Uribe appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of transportation of cocaine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352, subd. (a) (Count 1)) and possession of cocaine for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11351 (Count Two)). The trial court found the allegations that appellant had suffered a prior narcotics conviction and related enhancements true (Health & Saf. Code, § 11370.2, subd. (a); Pen. Code, §§ 1203.07, subd. (a)(11), 667, subds. (b)-(i), 1170.12). The trial court sentenced appellant to the mid-term of four years in state prison for the transportation conviction (Count One), and then imposed a concurrent mid-term of three years on the possession for sale conviction (Count Two), stayed pursuant to Penal Code section 654; the trial court struck appellant’s prior strike conviction under Penal Code section 1385.
