A jury found appellant Robert Becerra guilty of charges arising from three separate gang-related shootings: one count of first degree murder, three counts of premeditated attempted murder, two counts of shooting at an occupied vehicle, two counts of assault with a firearm, and three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
