Abdolhamid Risdana and Henny Risdana sued Gail Duncan as an individual and trustee of the Gail Duncan Trust dated September 27, 1990, The Emerald Bay Inn, LLC (Emerald Bay), and other defendants for breach of contract, financial elder abuse, and back wages, among other claims. A jury found in favor of Duncan and Emerald Bay on all claims. The trial court, after entering judgment, awarded attorney fees to Duncan and Emerald Bay on all causes of action.
