Michael Bakkers appeals from a judgment after the trial court ruled in favor of his father, Paul Bakkers, on his complaint for cancellation of interest and quiet title. Michael argues the trial court erred because its factual findings are inconsistent with its legal conclusions and it failed to make crucial findings.
