Defendant and appellant Tommy Glen Gonzales was convicted by a jury of assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury. (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)(4).) He was sentenced to the upper term of four years and a consecutive term of three years for a great bodily injury enhancement. (§ 12022.7, subd. (a).)
