P. v. Linthecome CA4/2
Defendant Marcus Leon Linthecome appeals from an order revoking his parole for criminally threatening his parole agent. Linthecome argues that the record does not contain substantial evidence supporting the trial court’s finding that he violated Penal Code section 422 (undesignated statutory references are to this code).
