P. v. Lawhorn CA3
Defendant Jeffrey Stuart Lawhorn is before this court for a second time.
An information charged defendant with multiple offenses related to methamphetamine, including as relevant here possession for sale of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378; count 3) in an amount more than one kilogram (id., § 11370.4, subd. (b)(1); enhancement 2 to count 3).
