Hailie R. (Mother) appeals from the juvenile court’s order terminating her parental rights over eight-year-old V.R. under Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26. Mother contends the juvenile court abused its discretion in denying the maternal grandmother’s section 388 petition heard immediately before the hearing on termination of parental rights.
