Defendant and appellant Ricardo R. (father) appeals from the juvenile court’s July 14, 2021, orders terminating his parental rights to Kaylie R. (Kaylie, born Sept. 2005) and H.R. (born Apr. 2011). Father’s sole contention is that the court and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) failed to comply with the requirements of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 (ICWA) (25 U.S.C. § 1901 et seq.).
Finding that the ICWA error was harmless, we affirm
