INTRODUCTION
M.A. (father) appeals from the juvenile court’s jurisdictional and dispositional findings on Welfare and Institutions Code sections 342 and 387 petitions. Father solely contends the juvenile court erred by finding the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (the Department) adequately investigated the children’s possible Indian ancestry, as required by the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 (ICWA) (25 U.S.C. § 1901 et seq.) and related state statutes.
