Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction of kidnapping to commit carjacking, kidnapping to commit robbery, kidnapping, carjacking, second degree robbery, false imprisonment by violence, making criminal threats, and possession of a firearm by a felon, with findings of personal weapon use and the commission of criminal acts for street gang purposes. Court remand for the calculation of Mora's sentence, presentence conduct and total custody credits, but otherwise affirm.
